We are looking for a prolific and talented technical copywriter and content creator to write and produce various types of technical documentation alongside downloadable content, whitepapers, blog posts and evergreen content articles regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail but also to creative and marketing for digital content creation.

• Create technical documentation for our technology and its core product offerings.
• Document the technologies for both internal and external marketing use.
• Blog on an ongoing basis on a wide range of topics to support and promote our services and attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers by creating intelligent content.
• Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
• Help grow our subscriber base and linkedin profile by providing regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their emotional and practical needs and interests.
• Writing and maintaining content for User Guides and System Administration Guides in both PDF and Web help formats.
• New product release documentation.
• Infographics and visual aids that describe technical concepts or product use cases.
• Marketing material (video tutorials, PowerPoints, etc.)

• 2-5 years’ experience as a technical writer - Content Creation
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Content marketing experience for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Blog, Medium, SlideShare, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
